Happy Saturday everyone!

I don't know about you but I LOVE #weekends, not just because you get to unwind and relax but also because it's the perfect time to pamper yourself!

What better way than with #chocolate?

This #saturday we bring you our latest creation:


We made these lush and decadent truffles with our Brownie Instant Cake In A Mug mix and our signature chocolate chips.

Grab our TWO STEP recipe to make your own #vegan #glutenfree truffles, don't forget to hop to our online shop to buy our Instant Brownie mixes!

To make this incredibly easy dessert you will need:

- 1X pack Simply Mix Brownie Cake in a Mug

- your favorite mug

-toothpicks or wooden bbq sticks

-baking paper


Add all the ingredients from one cake pack to your mug and bake your Brownie Cake in the microwave for 1:40 mins or in the oven at 180° for 25-30mins. Meanwhile grab your chocolate chips (you can add extra chocolate if you want) and melt them in the microwave or baine Marie.

Prepare your truffle plate and add a layer of baking paper.

Allow your cake cool for 2 mins, grab a spoon and scoop your first truffle creating a cute ball.

Insert toothpick or bbq stick in the middle and dip it in melted chocolate.

Set it on your truffle plate and place in the fridge once you're done prepping.

TIPS AND TRICKS: Before you store them in the fridge to let them solidify, you can melt more chocolate (white chocolate adds more contrast but you do you!) and add thin strips on top of your truffles plus extras like dried raspberry powder, rose petals, salt and more.

And voilà! Enjoy your Brownie Truffles!
