Let's get #baking huns!
To make these easy and delicious Pink Velvet #truffles you will need:
- 2x Simply Mix Pink Velvet #mugcakemixes
- 1x 100g @sainsburys dairy free white chocolate bar
- favorite mug (or ramekins if baking in oven)
- medium size mixing bowl
- rose petals to decorate (optional)
Pour your Pink Velvet Cake in a Mug mixes in your mug or ramekin and bake in the microwave for 2:20 mins or in the oven at 180° fan fro 30 mins.
Meanwhile you bake your cake, place white chocolate in a bowl and either:
-melt Bain-Marie style
-zap in the microwave for 1 minute a nd whisk until smooth
Once your cake is ready and cooled down, break it up in pieces until you get a crumble consistency. Scoop the cake sponge out and form a ball shape with your hands. Place all cake truffles on a plate and proceed covering them with melted white choc. Alternatively you can add a wooden bbq stick and dip in your white chocolate.
Add your rose petals (or other decorations you might prefer).
Transfer to the fridge for 5 minutes and enjoy your Pink Velvet truffles!
I can't wait to see your wonderful Cake in a Mug #truffles creations!
