Ok well no...but it sure would be nice to hug an iceberg right now. It is too hot for this London life.
Anyway today we have these lovely White Chocolate Shards in our Brownie Cake in a Mug. And before you ask in the comments, no we didn't have an accident with a bar of white chocolate......
This is actually a really cool customisation, because as you let your cake cool the shards will start to melt, making a pool of creamy white chocolate atop your Brownie Cake in a Mug. As I'm sure you can image that pool is indeed the pool of LIFE!!!!!!
I was going to do a global warming joke here with all the icebergs but that felt in bad taste.
So i just wanted to let you know that's where my head was at......

White Chocolate Shards Brownie Cake in a Mug
Right I hope you are ready this is about to get VERY TECHNICAL
You will need:
1 x Brownie Cake in a Mug
1 x White Chocolate Bar Free From Sainsburys
- Mix together your Cake in a Mug as normal
- Stir in a few small pieces of white chocolate
- Micro-Bake that Cake!
- While baking, break of 3/4 shards of white chocolate (go big or go home)
- As soon as your Cake in a Mug is done baking, gently thrust your White Chocolate Shards into the top of your Cake in a Mug
- Let cool for 3-4 mins and enjoy!!!!!!
So pure, so creamy, so filled with delight

It can be Brown or White or Yellow or Green
And I don't care because im a Chocolate Fiend!
