While we would love to offer Shipping to all localities. It simply isn't possible for us at this time. However residents of the United Kingdom can take advantage of our FREE UK SHIPPING!

Orders are prepared within 2 business days of ordering. 

We mail our delicious brownie cakes with the help of Hermes. They will update you on your package's journey and get in touch if there are any isssues with the delivery of your cake.

Delivery takes between 3 - 5 business days.

We offer returns on any damaged or spoiled goods for up to 10 days after their arrival.

So if our delivery partners have been a little rough on your cake please do send us an email at simplymixuk@gmail.com and we will send y0u replacement cake ASAP!
